“The Block” Dev Kingsland
We have met with the developer who has purchased 516 New North Road.  We are pleased to confirm that this Kingsland landmark will not be demolished but will be redeveloped for The Block TV series.

The developer is going through a  full strengthening exercise and intends to restore much of the character that has been lost since its conversion from a fire station to a boarding house, while upgrading the building so it can serve as a landmark for Kingsland in the years to come.
